I have a video in 640x272 resolution. Now when i play it on my dvd player ( 4:3 TV ) , the video becomes tall and skinny.
How to add that black bars at top and bottom inorder to maintain the aspect ratio.
( Note that, i also want to play it in a 16:9 TV .So the black should not be permanent. it should be automaticaly added)
How to do this? I have sony vegas and dvd architecht pro.
